Important Updates & Procedures for Photographers This Season:

• Opening Weekend Sessions: Photo sessions will be available during our opening weekend (estimated starting November 21st).

• Zone Availability: Once the season officially opens, booking will transition exclusively to the "General Photography" option. We will be harvesting from various fields based on customer demand, though "General Photography" remains available all season.

• Client Meeting Points (Required): Inform your clients in advance exactly where to meet you. Farm staff will be busy running retail operations and cannot locate photographers or guide lost clients.

• Active Farm Environment: Expect working machinery, tractors, and other visitors throughout the property during your sessions.

• Safety: Drive slowly on the gravel. With roaming farm dogs and visiting children around, keeping speeds down keeps everyone safe!

Booking, Scheduling & Props

• Session Options:

  • 4-Hour Block (Morning or Afternoon): Includes a 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM buffer to reset between sessions. Early morning light (pre-8 AM) and late evening light are welcome.

  • NEW for 2026 (1-Hour Block): Great for quick shoots! Select the 8:00 AM slot for anytime in the morning, or the 1:00 PM slot for anytime in the afternoon. (If you need more than an hour, the 4-hour block offers the best value).

• Large Furniture Props: Be prepared to hand-carry items (couches, chairs) to your spot. Direct vehicle access to fields is limited by weather and timing.

• Vehicle Props: Planning to use vintage cars or tractors? Contact us here in advance for approval (Zones A works best).

• Package Deal: Select "Buy 4 Sessions, Get 1 Free" at the bottom of the scheduler when booking multiple days (valid for any Zone or General Pass - 4 hour).
