Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

Photographer: The individual or entity renting the farm fields for photography purposes.
Fields (Zones): The designated areas within the farm where the Photographer will conduct their photography activities.
Rental Period: The agreed-upon time frame during which the Photographer will have access to the Fields.

2. Rental Agreement:
This Rental Agreement governs the Photographer's use of the Fields for the Rental Period.
The Photographer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

3. Rental Fees and Payment:
Payment is due in full prior upon reserving the space on the farm.

4. Use of the Fields:
The Photographer may use the Fields solely for photography purposes.
The Photographer agrees to maintain the Fields in a clean and orderly condition, avoiding any damage to crops or property.
The Photographer is responsible for any damage caused to the Fields or the Farm during their rental period.

5. Equipment and Supplies:
The Photographer is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies for their photography session.
The Farm is not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment or supplies.

6. Restrictions:
The Photographer may not use the Fields for any illegal or harmful activities.
The Photographer may not disturb or interfere with the farm's operations.
Pets must be leased at all times.

7. Access and Parking:
The Photographer will be provided with access to the Fields during the Rental Period.
Parking is available at the gravel parking lot adjacent to the Christmas Shop as outlined on the map.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
The Photographer may reschedule the Rental Period at any time, subject to availability.
No refunds will be given for cancellations.

9. Indemnification:
The Photographer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Farm and its owners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Photographer's use of the Fields.

10. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Insurance:
The Photographer agrees to provide proof of liability insurance.

12. Weather Considerations:
If inclement weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical for the Photographer to conduct their photography session, the Rental Period may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of the Farm.
If the Rental Period is rescheduled due to inclement weather, the Photographer will not be entitled to a refund of any rental fees paid.

13. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland.
